A gourmet honey blend combining rosemary (rosmaninho) honey harvested from wild floral sources in the Serra da Malcata region with dehydrated apple and cinnamon. The apple is cut into thin slices and dried to 2 % moisture without additives, lending fruity depth, while the cinnamon adds warm aromatic spice.
