2. What we collect (and why)
To send your gourmet goodies safely and recommend things you might love, we collect:
– Your name, address, and contact info for delivery
– Payment details (handled securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal or Stripe)
– What you’ve bought or liked before, so we can suggest tasty pairings
– Basic technical info (cookies, device data, IP address) to keep the website working smoothly
– Analytics data from tools like Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors use our site (these
are anonymised or aggregated whenever possible)
We don’t collect more information than we need, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Why we use your data
We only use your info to make your experience better:
– To process and deliver your orders
– To send updates or recommendations (only if you said yes!)
– To meet legal duties like invoicing and taxes
– To understand what our customers enjoy most so we can keep improving

– DPD & DHL – for delivering your orders
– Mailchimp (or similar) – to send occasional emails if you subscribe
– Google Analytics – for website insights and traffic measurement
They follow strict EU privacy rules just like we do, and we have agreements in place to keep your data safe.
6. How long we keep things
We keep your order info as long as required by law (usually about six years).
Your account stays active unless you ask us to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails anytime.
Inactive customer accounts are deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
7. Shipping beyond borders
If you order from outside the EU (like the UK or Dubai), some info may cross borders.
We make sure those transfers are legally protected — when required, we use European
Commission–approved Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard your data.
8. Your privacy rights
You’re in charge of your data. You can:
– Ask to see, fix or delete your info
– Ask us to stop using it for marketing
– Ask us to move it somewhere else if you like
