Roquette & Cazes Douro 2022

This wine is the result of the partnership between Jorge Roquette of Quinta do Crasto and Jean‑Michel Cazes of Château Lynch‑Bages, established in 2002 to craft a premium Douro wine that combines Portugal’s power and warmth with Bordeaux elegance. 
The blend comprises Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. 
In the glass, it exhibits a deep ruby colour and on the nose vibrant aromas of fresh red fruits, fine spices and subtle balsamic notes.  The palate is well‑structured, with silky tannins, a polished texture and a long, refined finish.

Ingredients
Grapes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties. Contains sulphites.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 16 °C – 18 °C. Perfect with grilled or roasted red meats, game dishes or aged cheeses — a wine that can stand up to robust flavours.

Storage
Store bottle horizontally in a cool, dry place away from direct light and temperature swings. It has excellent ageing potential and will evolve favourably with time.
