Ardila 2024 Red

Red wine made from carefully hand-harvested grapes. After destemming and gentle crushing, a pre-fermentation maceration in the vat was carried out for 24 hours, followed by fermentation in tanks at 25ºC. Color and tannin extraction were carefully controlled through precise dosing. Malolactic fermentation completed the process, giving the wine stability and balance.

It presents an intense garnet color. The nose reveals ripe red fruit aromas, while the palate is smooth with round tannins and remarkable complexity, finishing long and elegant.

Grapes from Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro, Aragonês, and Trincadeira varieties. Contains sulfites.

Serving Suggestions
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC. Pairs well with grilled meats, game dishes, or aged cheeses.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Keep bottles lying horizontally.
