This red wine is crafted from a blend of Touriga Nacional (≈60 %), Trincadeira (≈30 %) and Bastardo (≈10 %) grape varieties grown in the Trás‑os‑Montes region of Portugal. Hand‑harvested grapes are fermented and then matured for approximately 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by bottle aging, lending structure, depth and elegance.
On the nose it displays intense yet balanced aromas with considerable complexity: you may detect ripe black fruits, dark cherry, hints of spice and subtle oak influence. On the palate it reveals good body, fine‑tuned structure, a long persistent finish, and is built for ageing.
