This red wine is crafted from 100% Touriga Nacional grapes, grown in the high‑schist soils of a south‑facing vineyard at the Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima estate in the Trás‑os‑Montes region of Portugal. Hand‑harvested into small perforated boxes, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel at around 23 °C with an extended maceration period. There is no oak ageing, allowing the pure varietal character to shine.
On the nose it presents a deep ruby colour and an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits intertwined with floral hints typical of Touriga Nacional. On the palate it is fruit‑driven yet elegant, with youthful vigour, polished structure and a persistent finish.
