Galega Olive Paste

A gourmet olive paste combining vibrant Galega green olives, a unique Portuguese variety, with sweet dried Pingo de Mel figs. The olives bring a fresh, grassy character, tempered by the fig’s natural sweetness to balance acidity and salinity. 

Ideal spread on cornbread, Avintes broa, toasted or fresh cereal bread. Also excellent as an appetizer paste, in vegetarian or fruit salads, salmon/chicken salads, seaweed toasts, or as a condiment with meat and pasta dishes.

Serving Suggestions
Spread on rustic bread, crackers, or toasts. Use in tapas, mixed into salads, as a topping for grilled meats, or stirred into pasta.

Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a recommended period.
