Gégé Sparkling White

This base sparkling wine is produced from direct pressing of red grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 13 °C in stainless steel vats. 
In the glass it shows fine, persistent bubbles, delicate aromas of honeysuckle and citrus notes. On the palate it offers vibrant freshness, good structure and a long, satisfying finish.

Dão, Portugal.

Alcohol Content
Approx. 12 % vol.

Ingredients
Grapes from Touriga Nacional (~50 %), Tinta Roriz (~20 %), Jaén (~15 %) and Alfrocheiro (~15 %). Contains sulphites.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled between 6 °C and 10 °C. Perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish or on special occasions.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and large temperature swings; best enjoyed young to maintain freshness.
