Gégé Rosé Sparkling Wine

This base sparkling wine is produced by direct pressing of the Touriga Nacional red grapes. The entire alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13 °C, followed by classical bottle conditioning. 
It displays a pale‑rosé hue, with fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas on the nose, fine and persistent bubbles, and a long, elegant finish.

Touriga Nacional grapes. Contains sulphites.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled between 6 °C and 10 °C. Perfect as an aperitif, paired with shellfish, grilled fish or to toast special occasions.

Storage
Keep bottles in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and temperature swings. Best enjoyed young to retain its sparkling freshness.
