Fine Farinheira is made from carefully prepared pork fat blended with flour, paprika paste, garlic and salt. Stuffed into an artificial casing and smoked over holm-oak wood, it develops a soft texture, a gentle smoky aroma, and its characteristic yellow-orange colour. Lighter and more refined than traditional versions, it offers a smooth balance of flavour and aroma.
Origin
Portugal, Alentejo region, handcrafted using traditional Portuguese smoking techniques.
