This white wine originates from a vineyard in the Dão Valley, Portugal, at approximately 340 metres altitude, planted on granite and sandy soils that support high-quality maturation. It is made from 100% Encruzado grape variety, hand-harvested, with careful vinification to preserve freshness and character.
On the nose it displays fine and elegant aromas of linden (tilia), lemon-verbena, floral notes and mineral hints which bring freshness to the profile. On the palate it reveals medium body, delightful flavour, balance and a persistent, harmonious finish.
