Dona Paulette 2019

This white wine is produced in the Dão–Silgueiros region of Portugal, crafted from 100% Encruzado grapes.  The vineyard spans 25 hectares planted on granite and sandy soils, shielded by four surrounding mountains that provide ideal conditions for maturation.  After hand-harvesting, the wine underwent fermentation and a maturation of 15 months in French oak barrels to enhance texture and complexity.
It presents a clear, bright appearance; on the nose delicate floral and citrus notes provide freshness and breadth. On the palate it shows elegance, balanced acidity and a long finish that underscores the refinement of both grape and terroir.

Serve chilled at 10-12 °C. Perfect with shellfish, grilled fish or white meats, or enjoyed simply as a contemplative wine.

Store in a cool, dry place, laying the bottle horizontally or at slight incline; avoid direct light and temperature fluctuations. This wine has good ageing potential.
