Conde d’Ervideira Vinho da Água White 2022

This DOC Alentejo white wine is crafted primarily from the Antão Vaz grape variety, produced at Herdade da Ervideira. The vinification includes destemming, cold pre-maceration at 12 °C, gentle pressing and ageing under cool conditions to refine texture. 
On the nose it displays tropical fruit aromas, gentle spices and vanilla. The palate is velvety with subtle structure, balanced acidity and a finishing elegance.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled at 10 °C – 12 °C. Ideally paired with shellfish, grilled fish or more structured white meat dishes.

Storage
Lay bottles on their side in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and temperature fluctuations. Best enjoyed while young, though it offers moderate ageing capability.
