Conde d’Ervideira Vinho da Água Red 2022

This red wine originates from the Alentejo region (DOC), made from a carefully selected blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, Trincadeira, Tinta Caiada, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. 
Following an initial maturation in French oak barrels, the wine undergoes an extraordinary secondary maturation method submerged for 8 months at 30 metres depth in Lake Alqueva. This unique process adds exceptional depth and complexity. 
In the glass it shows an intense ruby colour, with bold aromas of ripe red fruit, firm yet soft tannins and a long, engaging finish.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 16 °C–18 °C. Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats, game dishes or matured cheeses.

Storage
Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Excellent ageing potential.
