These artisanal caramel biscuits are crafted by a family-run bakery in Rio Maior that dedicates itself to refining traditional Portuguese flavours into delicate treats. 
The recipe features finely kneaded wheat flour dough infused with rich caramel flavour, hand-shaped and baked to a golden crisp.

Ingredients
Wheat flour (Type 55), sugar, vegetable fat, eggs, bicarbonate of sodium and baking agent. Contains: gluten, eggs. May contain tree-nut traces.
