Crafted from carefully selected black pork fat blended with flour, paprika paste, garlic and salt, then stuffed into dried beef casing and slowly smoked over holm-oak wood. This process gives the Farinheira its distinctive soft texture, yellow-orange tone and delicate smoky aroma. The result is a smooth, flavourful sausage that captures the essence of Alentejo charcuterie.
