Produced using the renowned Ameixa d’Elvas DOP (King Claudia plum), this delicacy is made from oval, green-skinned plums with intensely juicy flesh and a fragrant aroma. These plums are preserved in syrup to enhance their natural sweetness while preserving their characteristic texture and perfume.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled or at room temperature as a dessert on its own. Excellent with traditional Portuguese sweets like sericaia, or paired with soft cheeses and nuts.

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep submerged in syrup, refrigerate, and consume within a few weeks.
